TERMS OF BOOKING

In order to secure your booking, you may be prompted to pay a booking fee.  This is confirmation of acceptance of your appointment time and date, and your intention to arrive at your appointment ready to tattoo.  Bookings fees are non refundable, and cover the cost of admin and design work for your artist.  Each artist has individual booking terms, please ensure you read any correspondence with your artist thoroughly , and ask any relevant questions before committing to commissioning your design for your appointment. 

The artists that work at Lumina Tattoo Collective are self employed.  They are their own business, and are responsible for their own bookings and client communication. 

They are responsible for their own insurance and license, and the clients they choose to work with are not the responsibility of Lumina Tattoo Collective Ltd.

They are invited to rent space at Lumina Tattoo Collective based on their skill and work ethos. We all work as a collective team whilst maintaining our own business practices.

If you have an issue, you must contact the artist who you are in contract with as per the waiver you sign to receive a treatment at Lumina.
